Herbal Essences: Real Botanicals
For my Portfolio class, I was created an advertisement for a parity product. After spending 3 hours in CVS examining multiple of their parity products (which probably troubled many of their employees) I went with Herbal Essences’ mango and aloe shampoo and conditioner. I practiced a mixture of still life and product photography for this project. Below are the results.

Behind the scenes…
The photo shown here is the production set up I created with a budget of zero dollars. I was fortunate to have a bedsheet, camera, studio light, and tripod on hand. As a college student given an assignment to create an ad that looks like the real deal, the magic of photoshop can make all the difference.
