At Veterinarian Recommended Solutions, I took on the task of designing a label for the dermatological pet product, SolaceVet Aloe & Oatmeal Soothing Shampoo™, along with various marketing materials in preparation for the product launch.
“Safe for everyday use, SolaceVet Aloe & Oatmeal Soothing Shampoo™ provides relief from itchy, scaling, and sensitive skin. Our hypoallergenic, soap-free formula contains emollients to restore natural moisture to the skin.”
This was an opportunity for me to design a product that was unique to the rest of the product line as it is the only non-medical shampoo. To give it that uniqueness while staying on brand, this is the only label that doesn’t have a pet hair pattern in the background. Instead, it’s an illustration of oatmeal that flows and whisks as if it could be hair. That way, the patterns are consistent next to one another when the products are presented together.
