Boosting Attraction to Philadelphia’s Navy Yard.
Problem
While Navy Yard is located on a historic waterfront surrounded by open green spaces, numerous businesses, shops, and restaurants, the attraction rate is falling behind. With 20+ acres of park space and a waterfront view, this is a location that gives companies the chance to flourish - but even most locals don’t go out of their way to visit due to the and general lack of awareness of what the area has to offer.
Solution
The campaign's goal is to bring awareness to city day trippers, potential employees, and CEOs who can locate/extend their business at the Navy Yard. For the day trippers, below you will find a tri-piece train station ad located at city hall. For potential employees, Navy Yard will present their hiring businesses at career fairs. For prospect business owners, there is a monthly Discover Box mailed to them to share new developments and opportunities.
